A hybrid, trauma informed training in intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations with Elise Watts Condon. The whole cohort opens together on zoom, then continues on Saturdays in person or Sunday afternoons and evenings on zoom.

Many of us walk through life feeling a burdened, consciously and unconsciously. We might face relationship blocks, limits to our self worth or even net worth, or we may battle unexplained symptoms, such as chronic sadness, inadequacy or anxiety that doesn't make sense in our day to day life.
Stepping into the field of love through trauma informed intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations reveals that we are part of a vast, intelligent, transgenerational network that can find a healthy sense of wholeness with our intention.
When the flow of life force or love is blocked, shamed, or cut off anywhere in the past, the family soul forces future generations to repeat patterns out of a deep, unconscious or even blind loyalty. This program is designed to transform that blindness into an enlightened awakening, a new vision of love for your chosen destiny.
Together, we are going to untangle the invisible threads of the past, return what is not ours, and reclaim our true place in the family system.

Pillar one
Online Systemic Architecture
Before we even meet in person or gather for our deep group matrices, you will be using our online platform to build your therapeutic base. Between each workshop there will be short core concept videos, quizzes, journal prompts or suggested bonus content to access.
Essential knowledge is marked as essential. Everything else is optional, and each component you fully invest in deepens the work.

The Experiential Knowing Field
Whether working exclusively online with me or in our hybrid in person circles, we will activate the shared collective conscience of our group container.
You will learn how to detach, step into the Empty Center, and hold integrity while taking on the powerful and sacred learning experience of being a Vessel of the Field, aka representing for others.

Often the path to healing opens when we stop looking at ourselves in isolation, and look at the invisible laws via a systemic lens. These five pillars guide all of our work together in intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations.

Belonging
In a family system, everyone has an absolute and equal right to be recognised. When someone is hidden, forgotten, or excluded, the system loses balance.
I belong, and you belong.

Orders of Love
Love can only flow when there is structural order. Life moves in one direction: from those who arrived first to those who arrived later.

The Empty Center
To perceive reality cleanly, we step out of the Saviour-Expert ego and empty ourselves of fears, intentions and personal stories.

Reality is never wrong. Healing cannot begin while we are arguing with the past or trying to change history.

three phases
The chakra gatherings give the program its body. Underneath them, the work moves through three phases, in this order, for a reason.
Phase one
Foundations of the systemic field
The three orders of love, the phenomenological approach, and the empty center. Before we look at anything personal, you learn the rules of the system and how to feel safe in the container.
Phase two
Generational entanglements & parentification
Where the flow of love got blocked in earlier generations. Identification and entanglement, the blind love of a child who tries to carry or save a parent, and the systemic sentences that restore order.
Phase three
Prudence, maturity and integration
Moving from the blind, magical love of the child to the conscious, mature love of the adult. Radical acceptance, and the practical work of not undoing the movement once you are home.

what we move through
Online content is released around each gathering, so you arrive prepared and leave with something to sit with. The chakra sequence anchors the body while the systemic work moves the lineage. Every gathering weaves together intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations, taken in sequence.
Before we begin
Prelearning
Five short core learning videos, one journal prompt, and the sacred contract to sign. That is all — you arrive at Earth Star prepared, not loaded up.
Workshop one
Earth Star Gateway — foundations, roots and the knowing field
The whole cohort gathers together. Opening container ritual, the first order of love, tracking phenomenological data in the body, and the group Earth Star grounding protocol. We then draw our three-generation genograms together in the session, so everyone leaves with their own map. From here the circle splits into its two tracks.
Workshop two
Base & Sacral Gateways — lineage roots, Ubuntu and neurological safety
The right to belong and the philosophy of Ubuntu. The art of representation, energy hygiene and derolling. Havening Techniques® and psychosensory calm. Pendulation and the present moment oasis.
Workshop three
Solar Plexus & Heart Gateways — balance, parentification and loyalty
Give, take and the order of balance. Instrumental and emotional parentification. The three movements of entanglement: following, taking over, identification.
Workshop four
Throat & Third Eye Gateways — truth, exclusion and the core fear
Finding the core fear, and the resonance checklist of early and generational sentences. What exclusion is, and why the energetic void it leaves matters. You choose one deceased ancestor and one living person to bring to the circle.
Workshop five
Crown & Soul Star Gateways — transcendence and systemic wholeness
The four consciousnesses, and systemic dreamwork. The closing graduation movement: final derolling, releasing ancestral loyalties, and anchoring firmly into your own destiny.
Reunion
The harvest and the ripple
Three months on. Constellations are slow-acting medicine, so we gather to witness what has moved without being forced. Harvest inquiry, cross-track witnessing triads, and a closing lineage blessing.

a rigorous code
Because work with intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations touches deep, sacred matters of life, death, and destiny, our container demands a rigorous code of safety and containment.
Non-judgment
We practise suspending moral judgment. In the field, we leave behind stories of good guys and bad villains to align with reality exactly as it is.
Total confidentiality
We hold a space of confidentiality. What is revealed in the field stays in the field.
Energetic hygiene
You will be fully equipped with systemic tools to ensure you can cleanly step into roles, gather wisdom, and return safely to your own distinct destiny.

You face relationship blocks, or limits to your self worth or even net worth, that do not shift with insight alone.
You carry symptoms — chronic sadness, inadequacy, anxiety — that do not make sense in your day to day life.

Who is holding the field
what I've learnt, and why I share these techniques
I've spent well over the past decade dedicated to the concept of Transcendence, born into a family where grief, shame and loss had both a terrific and terrifying impact on my parents. I felt acutely aware as a child of the burdens of my ancestors' traumatic past.
Driven by what was unresolved in their pasts, I studied Psychology, Clinical Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychotherapy and Healing, and found myself specialising in Trauma Reprocessing, a medicine my family soul desperately needed.
I spent many years working with the conscious pain and suffering clients carried, to eventually discover that the real unlock often happened for clients when we addressed not just what they understood had happened to them, but was held unconsciously from their early childhood and infancy and in the lives of their parents, grandparents and those who came before them.
This program in intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations is designed using all the tools I have found to deeply heal and rectify a persons destiny, soul and the greater soul of their family.

There are two ways to take part, and the price depends on which you choose. Everyone gathers together on zoom for Workshop one and the reunion. For Workshops two to five you choose one track.
Track A meets in person at the studio on Saturdays. Track B meets online on zoom on Sundays. The content, teaching and portal are the same on both. Track A costs more because it covers the studio.

Both tracks include all five workshops, the reunion, your own mini constellation, the portal and the recordings. You choose your track and payment plan in your application, and payment is set up once you are accepted.
Payment terms · please read before applying
A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full fee. It spreads the cost; it does not reduce your commitment.
Once you accept your place, all payments in your plan are due, whether or not you attend every gathering.
If you stop attending partway through, the remaining payments are still due.
Cancellations on the day of a gathering are not accepted, and missed gatherings are not refunded.
These are foundation rates for the first circle. From the next intake they rise to $1,950 online and $2,150 in person.
questions
Do I need experience with intergenerational trauma, ancestral healing and systemic family constellations?
No. Everything you need is taught in the online content before we gather, and the first workshops move slowly and deliberately.
What does representing actually involve?
You are asked directly, and you have the full right to say no. If you say yes, you leave your ego behind and observe what arrives in your body. You are always released from the role and derolled before we close.
Can I attend online only?
Yes. Track B completes workshops two to five as live zoom field labs on Sunday afternoons and evenings, 4 to 9pm (including a break). Track A meets in person on the Saturday before, 11am to 4pm (including a break). Workshop one and the reunion are on zoom for everyone, and the portal content is identical for both tracks.
When do I choose my track?
You tell me your preference in your application, and it is confirmed at Workshop one before the cohort splits.
How big is the group?
Nine people. A closed cohort rather than a drop-in workshop, because safety in this work comes from the same faces returning each time.
How much preparation is there between gatherings? Is it onerous?
No. Between each workshop there is at most around 30 minutes of videos, with a journal or two. As the workshops go on there is less to do between them: a questionnaire, some short videos to watch, and some journals to reflect on. These bring your own material into the session, because the work becomes practical. The pieces marked essential are what let us use our time in the room for the field rather than for teaching. Everything else is there if you want to go further.
What if something difficult surfaces between gatherings?
Write to me. You will also have the pendulation practice and your somatic oasis as a resource, and we build both early on purpose.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a group educational and experiential program. If you are in active treatment, keep your own therapist alongside it.
